Each night we were able to take a lovely walk along the ocean to downtown Cascais. There is a great boardwalk that goes for miles.

I captured some of it on video so that you could experience this wonderful place. (The video is a bit wobbly, but I was taping as I was walking ):

Keegan's fountain

Keegan LOVED to watch this fountain. This was his peace and serenity :) Every time we went in or out of the hotel we had to pause for a moment(s) and let Keegan watch 'his' fountain. If we even mentioned that we were going to see the fountain he would get very excited.

This is from the last night we were in Cascais. We let him enjoy it for a while :)

Cascais Air Show

This is a clip from the Cascais air show when we were in Portugal. We had the most awesome oceanfront viewing area... the Miragem!

These guys were crazy! It is hard to see (not the best zoom on my flip), but look closely and you will witness men on top of the planes! As in...standing on top of the plane while flying in the air! They are nuts! They were "dog fighting", going upside down, twisting, turning and diving toward the boats in the water. I felt nervous watching them 8)

Camping out, 5 Star style

This is the way Keegan travels. He brings his tent, pitches it and takes a nap. This is where he took his naps in Portugal :) The Miragem gave a beautiful view of Cascais from our room!

Portugal April 2009

Here are a few of my pictures from our trip to Portugal. We stayed in a town 20 minutes outside of Lisbon called Cascais. It was fantastic! Josh worked most of the time, but Keegan and I toured the beaches, the city, neighboring Sintra...and a lot of restaurants! When Josh had a day off, I went to the spa :) and then we took Keegan to the Aquarium in Lisbon, which he loved!
